Return and refund policy:

In order to return a purchase made through our website, mobile or app, you can arrange to choose any courier service to return to us. It’s recommended that you use the one who can give you a “Certificate of Posting” as until the product reaches us it’s your responsibility.

Website, Mobile or App order:

It can take between 7-14 working days for your refund to be send to you in respective bank account.

If you receive a faulty or damaged products please contact our Customer Care team who will guide you through the return options. Our inspection team will go through the product to check for any manufacturing defect then would arrange for the refund.

If the product that you have returned been found faulty or with manufacturing defects, then you would get a full refund.

Delivery charge is non-refundable if the return of the product is  due to change of mind, not suitable or no reason.

Moreover, all returning items should be used less without any deformation and change of the products and please keep the accessories attached with the products too (Because if you truly didn’t like the product you wouldn’t be using it more

The product must be unworn, unwashed and without any strain and signs of long term wear.

All returns must be in original packaging without any damage to the package.
